Valentine's Day Pictures and A Letter to Stella

Baby, it's cold outside.... and snowy! Another day home on Valentine's Day with Miss Stella :) We spent the day cleaning the house and getting ready for her Christening on Sunday. Since she wasn't going to get to wear her heart dress out anywhere, I still had to put it on her and snap a few pictures...

I am loving the endless amount of rolls on her thighs these days!

On Sunday February 16, 2014 Stella Evelyn was baptized at Frenchtown Presbyterian Church. It really warmed my heart to see her surrounded by loved ones. One day she will understand just how much she is loved. I wrote a letter to her to express that love and to tell her just how perfect she was on that very special day. One day she will read this letter....

Dear my Darling Stella,
Let me start by telling you how much Daddy and I love you. Words can't write how proud we are to be your Momma and Daddy. It felt so good for us to stand up in front of the church and show everyone just how proud we are of you and how happy we are that you belong to us. You looked absolutely beautiful in your white christening dress. Stella, we are so happy that you are surrounded by so many people that love you unconditionally. So many loved ones came to the church and our home to share your special day with you. You set the bar extremely high for other babies getting christened. You were so good during worship! You payed close attention to Pastor Patrick when he was blessing you with holy water...you stared at him as if you were taking each and every word in that he was saying. You made everyone chuckle :) You have two loving godparents, Aunt Nikki and Uncle Wyatt that will always be there for you to offer you love and support whenever you need it. We have made another incredible memory to add to our journey. We love you to the moon and back.

All our Love,
Momma and Daddy
