In 2012 I married my high school sweetheart after dating for twelve years. We bought our first house together in 2008 in Central NJ and sold it in 2010. We moved northwest of NJ, where life seemed to slow down a bit and we weren't so caught up in the around the clock hustle and bustle. We live for the quiet nights outside sipping back a cocktail, and the beautiful view of the mountains from the front porch. Our world changed when we found out there was a little Lykes on the way!! On September 24, 2013 Stella Evelyn was born. She is our love. This is why I am beginning this blog....to share my journey and adventures through motherhood. I don't want to take a moment for granted. I want to live each moment and each day like it could be my last.
